New back-lit hands and tick marks have been added to the Stewart Bell Tower, shown above during a snowfall. In additon to new hands, we also installed new clock movements and renovated the four tower bells. The new back-lit hands allow the clock to be viewed at night. The installation was done over a five day period, and was the final part of the renovation of the bell tower plaza. The LED lights were a green alternative to the flood lights previously used to illuminate the tower.
